On Tuesday, July 4th, 2023, The Non-Governmental Organization of Save Haven Foundation with registration number 00/NGO/R/2963, wrote a letter to the Director General of the Medical Stores Department (MSD) to seek medicines help to the Antonia Verna Community Based Rehabilitation Centre to help 254 children with disabilities related to Autism, Spinal Cord, Cerebral Palsy, Asthma, and Paralysis.

Antonia Verna Rehabilitation Centre serves children with disabilities who come from households/families that live in difficult economic conditions.

On June 21, 2023, we visited the Rehabilitation Centre to observe the condition of the facility and the help needed. Due to the situation we saw, we decided to write a letter to the Director General of the Medical Stores Department (MSD) with a list of important drugs needed for the children living in the Centre.

Today Thursday 13th July, 2023 we were able to receive Carbamazepine 200mg and Sodium Valproate 500mg all together have a total of One Million Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Five (1,265,465/-).

We would like to thank the Director of the Medical Stores Department (MSD) and all the staff for the support that came out to help 254 children at the Antonia Verna Rehabilitation Centre.
